What the Public Need to Know:
On Saturday May 16, 2011; I have sent the original of the present report in respect to safety and security of the CJA and MEHR IRAN former and present members to the UN General Secretary Office. Although the original report to the General Secretary of the United Nations is different than this present one, but I will post this public version of the original report to the UN GS office too. The content of the

Iranian Revolutionaries based in Iran are not members and or supporters of any of the Iranian Political, Economic, Military, Ideological, Humanitarian parties and or organizations; they follow the interests of the Iranian Peoples’ Independent Revolution to overthrow the Iran regime.
What is the CJA?
The Center for Justice and Accountability (CJA) is an international human rights organization dedicated to deterring torture and other severe human rights abuses around the world and advancing the rights of survivors to seek truth, justice and redress. CJA uses litigation to hold perpetrators individually accountable for human rights abuses, develop human rights law, and advance the rule of law in countries transitioning from periods of abuse.

What is the MEHR IRAN?
Mission for Establishment of Human Rights in Iran (MEHR IRAN) is a Human Rights group working for a democratic society and a system of justice for protecting universal human rights in world affairs. MEHR is a network of individuals committed to strengthening advocacy on human rights situation in Iran and helping to develop greater capacity among Iranian in the future use of International mechanisms such as the Convention against Torture that provide Iranian victims avenues of and access to different systems of justice. MEHR is committed to raising public awareness, exposing human rights crimes, and educating the people of Iran so they may have a united voice against human rights violations. MEHR believes that it is possible for the people of Iran to organize their minds and hearts to improve the condition of their own human rights by organizing themselves peacefully to achieve meaningful social change. MEHR is committed to promote social engagement and peaceful organization through educational programs designed specifically for Iran about democratic principles and nonviolent alternatives.

How Do I Know the MEHR IRAN?
On September 01, 2002; MEHR IRAN organized a conference in Orange County/California in remembrance of and to disclose the massacre of Iranian political prisoners in Iran. That was for the first time that an Iranian Human Rights Organization disclosed the massacre of 30,000 (Thirty Thousands) of Iranian political prisoners in summer of 1988; a crime against humanity by the Iran regime. As a witness and as a survivor of that massacre; in addition, as a torture survivor of the political prison system of the Iran regime; based on suggestion of CJA to MEHR IRAN I testified my personal information, knowledge and experiences within the above conference. It was first time that a witness of that massacre testified in public.

Some Other Notes to Know:
I decided to disconnect officially from CJA and MEHR IRAN from 2003; which means I did not contact them officially as a former political prisoner in Iran, and or as a torture and a massacre survivor. The reason was that both MEHR IRAAN and the CJA declared that they cannot help my case against the Iran regime, because at the time of being tortured in Iran I have not been a U.S. citizen; therefore, the MEHR IRAN and the CJA have no legal supports in the U.S. Justice Department to bring a lawsuit against the Iran regime.
What are the Algiers Accords?
The Algiers Accords of January 19, 1981, were brokered by the Algerian government between the United States and Iran to resolve the Iran hostage crisis. The crisis arose from the takeover of the American embassy in Tehran on November 4, 1979, and the taking hostage of the American staff there. By this accord the 52 American citizens were set free and able to leave Iran.

Among the Algiers Accords chief provision is:
The US would not intervene politically or militarily in Iranian internal affairs!
Above means the reactions of the U.S. Politicians against the Iran regime’s inhuman policies in prisons and violation of human rights in Iran against the Iranian People in nothing more than a Political Gestures.
Therefore, based on the above chief provision of the Algiers Accord, my case against the Iran regime has no legal basis in U.S. Justice Department, because my torture case is an Internal Affair of Iran, so as the U.S. would not intervene politically and military in Iranian Internal Affairs I cannot bring a lawsuit against the Iran regime to the U.S. Justice Systems.
More Important Reason for Denying My Lawsuit in U.S. Justice Department:
Of course, there is more important reason than the above that is affecting my case against the Iran regime, because if my case being accepted by the U.S. Justice Department, so the first question would be that why the Iran regime tortured me? Which this question will bring up the Iran Regime’s Nuclear Weapons issues, because then I have to explain to the court that I was the one who for the first time offered the Iran regime’s Nuclear and Chemical Weapons and industries documents including of Microfilms, Microcopies and other evidence to the representative of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on December 11, 1998; in Istanbul/Turkey. The documents include evidence that the truths behind of the Iran-Contra are totally deferent than what both Iran and U.S. regimes showed to public. The documents proved that Iran regime restarted its Nuclear and Chemical industries under the supervision of the U.S. from 1985; that is what exactly the U.S. Senior Policymakers do not want becomes public, because the U.S. Senior Policymakers want an Atomic Shia in Islam World to win the Clash of Civilizations in order to complete the Globalization. Therefore, both Iran and U.S. regimes do not let the Iranian and American to bring a lawsuit of my torture case against the Iran regime in U.S. Justice Department. Because nobody wants the truths of the Nuclear and Chemical Warheads of Iran regime and how the U.S. Government is supervising them become public as the result of my lawsuit against the Iran regime.
More Victims of the Truths behind the Iran-Contra Case:
Both Iran and U.S. regimes agreed to get rid of the Mehdi Hashemi in 1987, because he wanted to know more about the Iran-Contra and disclose the Nuclear and Chemical Agreement of the both U.S. and Iran regimes, but the U.S. and Iran regimes decided to clean the live evidence, so he was setup to get arrested and later was murdered by execution in 1987 in Evin Prison Tehran/Iran.

Although Mehdi Hashemi could not complete the Iran-Contra Case, but Iranian Revolutionaries completed and disclosed the truth behind the Iran-Contra; the Nuclear Industries of Iran regime which restarted by the United States in 1980s.
Very Important to Know:
Although in 2002; Mr. Alireza Jafarzadeh the Spokesman of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) within a News Conference in Washington D.C, disclosed the Iran regime’s Nuclear Activities but he never mentioned that how the United States is supervising Iran regime’s Nuclear and Chemical industries. Later Iranian Revolutionaries discovered that the CIA did not allow Mr. Jafarzadeh to disclose the entire truths behind the Iran regime’s Nuclear Activities; and how it was supervised by the United States. Since then and especially after their leader Mrs. Maryam Rajavi announced referendum for regime change in Iran; the Iranian Revolutionaries called NCRI as traitor to the Iranian Peoples’ Independent Revolution.
The Case in 2003 Both CJA and MEHR IRAN Started:
In 2003 both CJA and MEHR IRAN represented a lawsuit of the torture case of Mr. Gholam Hossein Nikbin against the Iran Regime to one of the United States’ Federal Courts. Mr. Gholam Hossein Nikbin was a U.S. citizen at the time was tortured in Iran. The MEHR IRAN announced the case of Mr. Gholam Hossein Nikbin within a conference on September 2003.

History of the Assassinations Were Going To Take Place In 2003-2004 Against the MEHR IRAN and CJA Members:
Few months later after the common conference of both MEHR IRAN and the CJA within which the lawsuit of case of Mr. Gholam Hossein Nikbin was announced; the Iranian Revolutionaries’ Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Services (Those who are fighting against the Iran regime) discovered some ongoing operations of assassinations against the members of both CJA and MEHR IRAN especially against the both organizations’ Executive Managers.
What I Did?
Immediately on December 2003; within a letter I wrote the ongoing situation directly to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Headquarters in Washington D.C, within my letter I explained the plan of the operative units which were going to enter to the United States using the Mexican and or Canadian borders, and that the all information of the targeted members of the MEHR IRAN and CJA have been obtained by the Iran regime’s Counterintelligence Services including of what time the members of the MEHR IRAN and the CJA are leaving their homes to their offices, and from their offices to their home, and or which restaurant they usually go, and the directions usually they drive and or use Taxi. Within my letter to the CIA I mentioned that based of the rules of the Intelligence War no operation will take place inside the international borders of a foreign country otherwise some supportive is needed among the authorities of that foreign country; therefore, there must be some support among the authorities in the United States; which could be those U.S. politicians who want and are waiting for some reason to have the U.S. Government start the war against Iran. Therefore, the targeted members of both MEHR IRAN and CJA could be the victims of some politicians who want war against Iran; a war which will end up to mass-killings of millions of innocent Iranians and U.S. soldiers. I also mentioned that the operation is already disclosed to the CIA and so that after then the CIA will be responsible for the safety and security of the targeted members of MEHR IRAN and the CJA that all of them are U.S. citizens and or American Jewish Human Rights Authorities and or Attorneys.
Within my letter to the CIA I also mentioned that the willingness of those some U.S. politicians who want the war of the United States against Iran is totally against the U.S. Senior Policymakers. The Iranian Revolutionaries knew that the U.S. Senior Policymakers have already planned the Iran-A New Approach a policy which is trying to save the content of the Iran regime by making changes to its shape. Although Iranian Revolutionaries are against the Iran-A New Approach, but they also are against war; therefore, the Iranian Revolutionaries support the Independent Revolution of the Iranian People in order to overthrow the Iran Regime.
My Report to UN Former General Secretary Mr. Kofi Atta Annan:
As the same time within a Directly Confidential Special Report to the Office of the United Nations General Secretary Mr. Kofi Atta Annan in addition of the above I requested the UN to force the United States Authorities and Officials to take the necessary steps in order to maintain the safety and security of the targeted members of the MEHR IRAN and CJA.
In my letters to both CIA and UN I emphasized that I won’t release the information of the operation to the targeted members of the MEHR IRAN and CJA because I do not know what will be their reaction, but I will give them some friendly security advices generally, as I did.
Few days after my directly confidential letter I called the UN GS office and they confirmed that they have received my letter and steps are taken to have the United States Authorities to take necessary steps in order to save the innocent lives of the targeted members of MEHR IRAN and CJA.
Few weeks after my letter to both CIA and the UN; I realized that the case of Mr. Gholam Hossein Nikbin stopped. Later I realized some changes are taking place in both MEHR IRAN and CJA members arrangements; some left, some new joined. If the changes were based on my letters to CIA and UN; I am not sure!
Efforts inside Iran to Stop the Assassinations of CJA and MEHR IRAN Members:
As the same time of my letters to both CIA and the UN; the Iranian Revolutionaries were advised by me to utilize any possible indirect connections and insiders immediately and have the Iran regime’ high ranking policymakers especially intelligence authorities and the members of the national security committee of the Iran regime to know the operation that was going to take place in the United States and the outcome of such operation would be the military reaction the United States. The Iranian Revolutionaries indirectly utilized their connections via Grand Ayatollah Hossein-Ali Montazeri’ People to make sure that the Iran regime’ national security committee is informed of the operation, so that the operation can stopped. Or at least to make sure if the operation is planned and informed to the members of the Iran regime national security committee or not, and if not, so that the members of the Iran regime national security committee will stop it; which later it was clear that at least the members of the national security committee of the Iran regime did not know the assassination plan of CJA and MEHR IRAN Members.
Although the Iranian Revolutionaries are against both US/Iran war and against the Iran- a New Approach (The so-called Green Movement), but they strongly believe in Independent Revolution of the Iranian People to overthrow the Iran regime.
Those months from December 2003 until almost March of 2004 I almost stopped all my medical treatments and surgeries, I was paralyzed as the result of tortures in Iran, unable to walk and had to tolerate the power wheel chair. I spent entire of my time on this case to stop the assassinations to save the lives of MEHR IRAN and CJA members on the one hand, and on the other hand to stop the possible military reaction of the U.S. Government on Iran; which would end up to death of millions of innocent Iranians and U.S. Soldiers.
Another Similar Case in 2003:
Few months before December of 2003 I also had to cancel some of my medical treatments to stop the assassination was going to take place against Lewis Paul "Jerry" Bremer III U.S. Administrator to Iraq charged with overseeing the country's reconstruction after the 2003 invasion. Three of Iran regime’s snipers were going to shot down him within his speech in the Baghdad/Iraq main saucer stadium. But when the Iranian Revolutionaries discovered and it was disclosed to both sides and UN Authorities; two of the IRGC snipers lost their lives. One of them was shot down by the IRGC Special Guards inside the IRGC base in Tehran/Iran which later the IRGC announced it was a security mistake, and the other one died within his car accident while his car crashed a wall entered into a house in Tehran/Iran with no breaks. His wife and kids also died in that car crash. The Iranian Revolutionaries saved and sent the third one to Germany where in the UNHCR office he disclosed the operation to the UN representative; he also announced that the two others were setup by the Iran regime’ IRGC Authorities in order to get rid of the live evidence.
Those days there were two options regarding to Iran. One the table of the U.S. Senior Policymakers; which was to save the content of the Iran regime by making changes to its appearance under the Iran-A New Approach (Which ended up to the so-called Green Movement), and the other one on the table of some U.S. politicians; which wanted the military attacks of the U.S. on Iran. The Iranian Revolutionaries fund that the assassination of Lewis Paul "Jerry" Bremer III U.S. Administrator to Iraq by those IRGC authorities also was connected to some of those U.S. politicians.
What Happened to Mr. Gholam Hossein Nikbin’ Case?
Later after four years finally on 09/28/2007 a U.S. Federal Judge John Bates made a judgment in favor of plaintiff, Mr. Gholam Hossein Nikbin, against Islamic Regime of Iran, Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security, and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Monetary damages were awarded to Mr. Gholam Hossein Nikbin.

Recent Attacks on MEHR IRAN:
On May 14, 2011; I was informed that on November 2010 the management office of MEHR IRAN was set on fire which caused tens of thousands of U.S. dollars damages; fortunately with no human damages (Death, and or Injuries); while MEHR IRAN has also lost entire electronic machineries of their office.
In addition of the above; recently the founder of MEHR IRAN Dr. Mohammad Parvin announced that he has received a serious threatening message on his office phone line answering machine.
Present Questions on the Case:
With attention to above background of the MEHR IRAN and the CJA, the recent fire in the MEHR IRAN office and the recent threatening messages that the founder of MEHR IRAN Dr. Mohammad Parvin has received on his office’ phone line answering machine could be continuing of the past case of being a target, but I am not sure that anything has happened to the CJA or not, and or this time just the MEHR IRAN is a target and or in the future the CJA also could become a target as it was in 2003-2004!? Or this time the enemies are using their sources that are inside the United States, and or the other hands are doing these for some political benefits!? Was the fire in the MEHR IRAN office just an accident, and or it was intentionally!? Will this extend to the CJA too? Is it possible that some U.S. Politicians still want the war between U.S. and Iran, so they are planning some new events?

Here I would like to take the opportunity to argue that as the General Secretary of the United Nations to take the necessary steps immediately in order to obligate the United States Authorities and Officials to guarantee that they will take necessary actions urgently to make sure that the former and present members of both CJA and MEHR IRAN are and will be safe, to find the truths of the fire which damaged the MEHR IRAN office.
